Triad Executive Advisors is seeking an IT Project Manager I to join our Project Management Office in Lafayette, Louisiana. This role is an opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and project delivery, supporting technology initiatives for rural and regional hospitals.

The IT Project Manager I will lead multiple cross-functional technology projects from planning through implementation, working closely with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing project plans and timelines, coordinating resources and meetings, monitoring budgets and deliverables, identifying and managing risks, maintaining project documentation, and providing clear updates to clients and leadership.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, or similar platforms is preferred.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, along with at least three years of progressively responsible IT project management experience. Healthcare experience and PMP, PRINCE2, or a comparable project management certification are preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Lafayette, Louisiana, with local or in-state travel as needed to support clients and projects.
