Triad Executive Advisors is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager II to join our Project Management Office in Opelousas, Louisiana. This role is an opportunity to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives that directly support rural and regional hospitals.

The IT Project Manager II will independently lead multiple complex, cross-functional technology projects from planning through implementation. This position works closely with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders and may coordinate initiatives spanning multiple departments, vendors, and client environments.

Responsibilities include defining project scope and success criteria, developing comprehensive project plans and timelines, managing budgets and resources, leading project and governance meetings, monitoring risks and dependencies, and providing executive-level status reporting. The Project Manager II also helps translate strategic priorities into executable plans and contributes to the continued development of Triad's project management standards, tools, and processes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership presence, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible IT project management experience. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is required.

This is a full-time position based in Opelousas, Louisiana, with local or in-state travel as needed to support clients and projects.
