Workplace culture isn’t defined by slogans, posters, or perks; it’s shaped every day by behaviors, decisions, and accountability. Back by popular demand, we welcome Dr. Mechelle Roberthon of MKR Development as she challenges leaders to rethink workplace culture as a strategic tool.

Designed for women who lead teams, influence organizational experience, and shape community relationships, this luncheon explores how to elevate workplace culture from a “nice-to-have” to a core driver of trust, performance, and belonging.

From identifying workplace values to defining non-negotiable expectations and building trust through consistency, join us on March 25 from 11:30am-1:00pm for a conversation that will inspire practical ways to strengthen team dynamics and create a workplace that actually works.
