Elder Outreach is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare that is well beyond ordinary for seniors who can no longer live safely or comfortably at home. We offer long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a home-like environment that foster healing and help create a new, independent lifestyle.
