Maple Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1955 to serve local government employees of Lafayette Parish and our municipalities. We continue to serve the local government employees of Lafayette Parish along with additional employer groups in the surrounding area. In 2026, we have expanded our charter to include over 50 low-income designated census tracts in Lafayette, St. Martin and Iberia parishes expanding credit union services to those who live, work, worship, volunteer and attend school in those areas. We believe that we are the perfect place for imperfect people because we meet people where they are, in whatever stage of life they are in. We are here to be a partner in helping our members achieve financial wellness.
