By completing this form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Meeting Space Guidelines and agree to use the space responsibly.

Member Responsibilities
Please acknowledge each of the following.

AVAILABILITY: Requests for meeting space are subject to availability and may be reserved for use during One Acadiana’s operating business hours:

Monday – Friday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requests for use outside of business hours are subject to approval by One Acadiana. One Acadiana reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if organizational needs require use of a facility.

ROOM SETUP & CAPACITY: Guests reserving the boardroom must select one of the available room layouts prior to their meeting. One Acadiana staff will arrange the room accordingly before arrival. To preserve room functionality and safety, guests should not substantially alter the room setup during use. All furniture and equipment should be returned to its original configuration at the conclusion of the meeting.

Guests are asked to be mindful of noise level when utilizing 1A meeting space as staff offices are located nearby. At the start of your meeting, please close all entry doors to your reserved room to contain noise.

TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT: Guests may utilize available audiovisual equipment and are encouraged to test all technology prior to the start of their meeting. To connect to the TVs, all computers must:

  • Be a Windows device, or
  • Have a USB-C or HDMI port with the appropriate adapter (1A does not supply adapters)

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Guests may bring outside food and beverages for their meeting. All food, beverages, supplies, and serving materials must be removed at the conclusion of the reservation.

PARKING: Self-paid parking can be found street-side or in the Vermilion Street Parking Tower, Parc-Auto du Centre-Ville Garage.


  1. I certify that this meeting space reservation is for the exclusive use of a 1A member, investor, or partner organization and is not being booked on behalf of a non-member business.
  2. I understand that my reservation is only valid for the approved date and time.
  3. I agree to report any accidental damage, equipment malfunctions, spills, or other issues to 1A Staff.
  4. I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may affect my organization's ability to reserve meeting space in the future.
