Job Summary:

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Tech at Platt Services, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services to our clients in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, and other assigned areas to company standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
• Follow detailed checklists and client-specific instructions.
• Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and clients when necessary.
• Report damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Physically able to handle the demands of the job (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
