The IT Help Desk Support Specialist is the first level of client technical support. This position provides support to end users by phone, email and remote access. Triage, troubleshooting, resolution, ticketing and escalation are all handled at this level in one seamless process.

Details:
- Entry level computer helpdesk position
- Provide remote end user support
- Perform in-house bench tech work
- Configure, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve all customer desktop issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printer/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, hardware peripherals and other desktop related equipment
- Provide basic Active Directory administration (create new users, reset password, lockout users

• Experience supporting Apple devices is a plus
