The year was 1953. Dwight D. Eisenhower was our nation’s newly elected President, Queen Elizabeth II became England’s monarch, and the Polio vaccine was invented.

So, it would have been easy to overlook the accounting firm Sidney Broussard and Braxton Moody, III opened in Crowley, Louisiana that year. The firm offered basic accounting services in Acadia Parish for individuals and small businesses.

They worked hard to earn the trust of their clients and took pride in helping their community grow.

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown to serve businesses in all 64 Louisiana parishes and more than 40 states.

Through the years, we’ve added services as well. Of course, we still offer standard accounting services. But we’ve expanded to meet the needs of our clients. Today, we offer various specialized services, such as valuation, pension administration, and accounting software consulting.

And though we’ve gotten bigger and offer more services, we’re still committed to the values of our founders. For them, it was never about being just an accounting firm.

It was about helping people and earning trust.

We still operate that like that today. That’s why our clients call us their lifetime firm.
