Surrey Street Community Health Center is a satellite of Iberia Comprehensive Community Health Center, Inc. It is a non-profit, Federally-Qualified Health Center based out of 1004 Surrey Street in Lafayette, Louisiana. No one will be denied access to healthcare services due to inability to pay. There is also a discounted and sliding fee schedule available for individuals and families. We are a group of community members trying to help the community.
