Workforce remains one of the key challenges and greatest opportunities facing Acadiana’s business community, and One Acadiana is helping lead a regional response.

Join us for a 1A ConnectEd Update as we highlight progress of the initiative and share how employers, educators, and community partners are working together to better align classroom learning with real workforce needs. From industry roundtables and educator engagement to career-connected learning opportunities for students, 1A ConnectEd is strengthening the bridge between our region’s future talent and the careers that will drive our economy forward.

The program will also feature the presentation of the 1A ConnectEd Award, recognizing an outstanding partner advancing career-connected learning in Acadiana, as well as key developments of the Acadiana FAME Chapter—a nationally recognized, employer-led advanced manufacturing apprenticeship program being implemented by One Acadiana to expand career pathways and strengthen the region's manufacturing workforce.
