Downtown Lafayette: Women at the Center

Downtown Lafayette: Women at the Center

Tuesday, March 24, 2026 (8:15 AM - 9:30 AM) (CDT)

Description

Women at the Center is a special edition of our City Center Sessions thought leadership series, created to convene and spotlight women leaders who are shaping Lafayette’s economy, culture, and community.

This morning program will feature a moderated conversation with two powerhouse Downtown leaders:

Jaci Russo
President, Downtown Development Authority
Founder & Owner, brandRUSSO

Madeleine Groth, D.D.S.
President, Downtown Lafayette Unlimited
Founder & Owner, Madeleine Groth, D.D.S.

Together, these women will explore shared experiences such as leadership, risk-taking, hiring and retaining talent, and balancing ambition with personal life. They’ll also unpack the differences that come with age, industry, and business models. The conversation will offer honest insight into what it means to lead as a woman today, how leadership evolves over time, and how women-owned businesses strengthen downtowns and local economies.

Join us for a thoughtful, energizing start to your day in the heart of Downtown Lafayette.
