Workplace culture isn’t defined by slogans, posters, or perks; it’s shaped every day by behaviors, decisions, and accountability. Back by popular demand, we welcome Dr. Mechelle Roberthon of MKR Development as she challenges leaders to rethink workplace culture as a strategic tool.
